Kimberly Smith is a graduate of the University of North Texas at Dallas College of Law where she won several awards for oral advocacy. She obtained her undergraduate degree at the University of Texas where she studied Government and Political Science.
When asked why she became an attorney she said "Because it has always felt like a calling for me......I finally embraced it." This is what I'm here for, to fight for those who have run out of ways to fight for themselves."
Raised in Garland, TX, Kimberly has lived on both coasts before returning to Texas to return to school. Kimberly is passionate about causes such as human rights, domestic violence prevention, and criminal justice reform. She spends her downtime (though it's very minimal) spending time with her family and her dog, traveling, cooking, and reading.
